Consider the furniture
To help us achieve the best possible result, we ask that you move any furniture you reasonably can before our technician arrives. We understand that some larger or heavier items simply can’t be moved, and we are more than happy to clean around these.
If you would like our technician to move furniture that can safely be relocated, please let us know. An additional furniture-moving fee may apply depending on the amount and size of the items involved.

Allow for drying time.
Drying times vary depending on the service, weather conditions, ventilation and the surface being treated.
Tile and grout cleaning is generally dry within around 2 hours, while strip and seal floors require approximately 8–10 hours to cure and should not be walked on during this time.
Carpets, couches and mattresses usually require several hours to dry thoroughly. Using ceiling fans, pedestal fans or air conditioning and allowing good airflow through the area will help speed up the drying process.
Your technician will advise you of the expected drying or curing time before leaving.
